For best extraction, Kava needs a fat and we found that plant based milks and spices were the perfect way to compliment the Earthy taste & get the best extract per cup. Each bag contains 15 servings. By combining Full Spectrum Kava (whole root) with a touch of isolated kavalactones, we’re able to deliver a noticeable effect in a smaller dose without sacrificing the safety, wisdom, or tradition of whole-root kava. This honors how kava has been used for centuries across the Pacific Islands, as a communal, whole-plant preparation that nourishes and calms the nerves. Our powdered drink mixes are concentrated and are not diluted with milk powders and sweeteners. Froth 2 teaspoons per 8oz milk of choice.
